Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide thought leadership and execute critical initiatives to solve complex analytical problems and deliver growth site-wide.
  • •Embed sustainable CI culture as a key member of the site’s steering committee and coach operational partners.
  • •Lead the Manufacturing Excellence program, including 5S, Set Up Time Reduction, Autonomous Maintenance, Focused Improvement, and Asset Care.
  • •Implement best-in-class practices/standards by working with departments and ensuring procedures/ways of working are documented, up-to-date, and accessible.
  • •Drive performance improvements using analytics and root-cause problem solving, optimizing safety, quality, production, and cost objectives through lean techniques and employee involvement.

Key Requirements

  • •4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferably Engineering or related) or equivalent, with advanced training and experience in Lean Manufacturing/CI.
  • •5+ years track record across engineering or manufacturing fields, preferably in beverage/food or CPG, with experience in both front-line and management roles.
  • •Solid experience implementing best-in-class tools and lean manufacturing techniques, leading plant-wide change initiatives.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong influencing, presentation, and training capabilities.
  • •Demonstrated leadership in breakthrough performance coaching, strong organization skills, and superior qualitative/quantitative problem solving.
