Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage contract management on major projects and programmes.
•Lead contract governance reviews including variations, extensions, change control, and dispute management.
•Provide strategic project and commercial advice to clients and internal stakeholders; produce clear commercial analyses.
•Manage client relationships and related outputs/deliverables; support business development of the service proposition.
•Oversee contract performance management including KPIs, SLAs, service credits, escalation protocols, and risk mitigation.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience in contract management on major projects and programmes across Infrastructure, Real Estate, Energy & Natural Resources, and Defence.
•Strong understanding of commercial strategy, contract law principles, and negotiation, drafting, and administration.
•Experience in multi‑vendor environments with performance management frameworks and strong financial/analytical skills.
•Familiarity with NEC and JCT contract forms and Contract Management Systems (e.g., CEMAR, Sypro, Asite).
•Willingness to pursue or achieve contract management accreditation(s).
