Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage contract management on major projects and programmes.
  • •Lead contract governance reviews including variations, extensions, change control, and dispute management.
  • •Provide strategic project and commercial advice to clients and internal stakeholders; produce clear commercial analyses.
  • •Manage client relationships and related outputs/deliverables; support business development of the service proposition.
  • •Oversee contract performance management including KPIs, SLAs, service credits, escalation protocols, and risk mitigation.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in contract management on major projects and programmes across Infrastructure, Real Estate, Energy & Natural Resources, and Defence.
  • •Strong understanding of commercial strategy, contract law principles, and negotiation, drafting, and administration.
  • •Experience in multi‑vendor environments with performance management frameworks and strong financial/analytical skills.
  • •Familiarity with NEC and JCT contract forms and Contract Management Systems (e.g., CEMAR, Sypro, Asite).
  • •Willingness to pursue or achieve contract management accreditation(s).
