Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide network technical design leadership and support execution of infrastructure processes for incident, problem, change, asset, and configuration management
  • •Collaborate with enterprise architects, program managers, IT analysts, and managed service providers to support infrastructure operations and projects
  • •Develop and periodically review ITIL-based processes and practices to ensure compliance with architecture standards and strategies
  • •Help develop monitoring tools, standards, and compliance requirements for enterprise monitoring
  • •Analyze monitoring data, identify trends, and use automation to improve monitoring processes

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.8 - 33 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Be acquiring a degree in data science, computer science, computer engineering, statistics, or mathematics
  • •Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • •Have completed at least one year of undergraduate study
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
  • •Be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
