Senior Contracts Manager:Rail projects

Lead contractual and commercial delivery for major rail infrastructure projects, supporting work from tender stage through final account. Align with contract management standards (including NEC suites), ensure compliance, and manage non-compliance. Advise on and negotiate draft contracts, handle payment certification and account audits, and assess delay damages, cost forecasts, and pain/gain mechanisms. Set and monitor KPI targets, oversee performance improvement, and build a team of contract administrators.
