•Oversee the North American Mid-Market Sales Team, coaching executives through sophisticated deal negotiations and clearing blockers to revenue.
•Craft and drive segment-wide strategy, holding the team accountable to OKRs and revenue targets in concert with Sales & Account Management.
•Develop cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Finance, Product, Risk, Legal, and Account Management to support revenue generation.
•Be the voice of Cash App and Afterpay with mid-market merchants, building relationships with merchant leadership teams and representing merchant feedback internally.
•Develop and pitch sales narratives using insights, data, and market intel to improve go-to-market strategy and centralize best-performing sales/growth narratives.

•12+ years leading Mid-Market Sales or Mid-Market Account Management in fast-moving technology or financial services, including work with large-scale established clients.
•Demonstrated excellence in complex commercial negotiations at scale, including driving revenue growth and exceeding revenue targets.
•Proven ability leading and developing high-performing teams, with strong leadership skills tailored to individual performance and engagement.
•Experience operating effectively within matrixed global organizations and navigating ambiguity with a strategic operational mindset.
•Comfort interfacing across disciplines (technical, marketing, product), familiarity with product development (preferably payments), and comfort working with analytics tools; willing to travel.
