Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, shape, drive, and execute the Nordics strategy, including short- and long-term goals and future growth aspirations.
  • •Provide operational leadership with full P&L responsibility for the Nordics business and implement group plans in line with strategy.
  • •Lead day-to-day management and operations decisions to maintain service excellence, including governance, assurance, compliance, and reporting controls.
  • •Manage and develop the Nordics team (HSSEQ, finance, technical directorate, and HR), building capability, succession, and cross-functional performance.
  • •Represent the business externally as spokesperson, manage client and joint venture interests, and support growth through tendering and competitive proposal development.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a technical or business subject.
  • •Extensive experience leading energy & materials projects and overseeing multiple concurrent country P&Ls through teams of country/operations managers/directors.
  • •Proven track record in P&L management in a customer-focused role, including setting and delivering budgets and performance targets.
  • •Experience leading tender pursuits across EPC/EPCm/FEED and maintenance contracts, including bid strategy and client negotiations.
  • •Fluent in both English and Norwegian, with strong leadership and relationship-building with senior clients, employees, and relevant authorities.
