Key Responsibilities

  • •Support regional management in capturing new orders (order intake) in Brazil.
  • •Identify and detect new commercial opportunities and implement the Brazil commercial strategy.
  • •Support government budgets for procurement programs for company products and solutions.
  • •Lead and coordinate the working group for detailed information to regional clients and responses to RFIs.
  • •Ensure smooth communication with clients and represent the organization to high-level decision-makers, coordinating cross-department task forces as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Naval Sciences or Military Sciences (with Estado-Maior General Staff Officer Course) or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of military systems and defense organizational architecture, and the ability to connect strategic projects with government agencies.
  • •Mature network of relationships with defense sector decision-makers and deep practical understanding of military bidding and procurement processes.
  • •Fluent English for reporting and alignment with global teams and international stakeholders.
  • •Advanced presentation skills (including PowerPoint) and willingness to travel as required.
