Job Summary

Own and architect Crusoe’s third-party logistics (3PL) network for cloud and digital infrastructure, shifting logistics from reactive to proactive and centralized. You’ll optimize regionalized warehousing to improve lead times for data center deployments, centralize and redeploy inventory, and coordinate sales/use tax and project-funding compliance. Partner with Finance, Tax, Product, Supply Chain Planning, Engineering, and vendors using SLAs, QBRs, and performance dashboards to scale at Crusoe’s pace.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and manage a regionalized and centralized 3PL warehousing network to buffer supply chain shortages and optimize data center deployment lead times.
•Integrate tax and regulatory compliance by partnering with Finance and Tax to address project-funding models and localized sales/use tax implications.
•Create frameworks for fungible vs. site-specific inventory and develop dynamic redeployment strategies to relocate high-demand components during shortages.
•Establish robust supplier management with SLAs, QBRs, and performance dashboards to ensure logistics partners scale with Crusoe.
•Act as the strategic link between Product, Supply Chain Planning, Engineering, and Finance to translate infrastructure roadmaps into warehousing footprint requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in strategic logistics, supply chain management, or 3PL relationship management, ideally in capital-intensive tech infrastructure (data centers, cloud, telecom, or energy).
•Strong tax/financial acumen for how logistics networks affect corporate accounting, including project-based funding and sales/use tax implications.
•Proven ability to transform a decentralized, reactive warehouse footprint into a centralized, data-driven inventory hub.
•Experience insourcing high-cost third-party boutique logistics or customs capabilities.
•Deep understanding of material planning, managing lead times, and executing fungible inventory strategies in high-shortage environments.
