  • •Develop HVAC systems, specifications, calculations, and project deliverables for safe and high-performing operations.
  • •Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical design with process, structural, electrical, controls, and construction requirements.
  • •Review designs, drawings, and engineering documents for quality, constructability, and adherence to codes and best practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 111,000 - 162,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related).
  • •At least 15+ years of mechanical engineering experience on mining and heavy industrial projects.
  • •Experience with flue gas, dust collection, and ventilation ducting (asset).
  • •Hold (or be eligible for) a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Canada.
  • •Comfort working in the field/onsite as needed and adhering to safety requirements.
