Production Team Leader

Supervise and implement production activities in line with corporate safety standards to deliver high-quality products that meet customer demand. Lead shift handovers, manage and optimize staffing to achieve production targets, enforce 5S and safety compliance, monitor machine running speed and scrap levels, and track hourly output and order completion. Investigate KPI shortfalls, coordinate with supervisors and related departments on incidents, and drive daily improvements through reporting and meetings.
