Job Summary

Provide technical sales support for Air Handling Units (AHUs), including selecting HVAC equipment, generating list prices, and preparing quotes and commercial offers. Use AL-KO software to build offers and coordinate with factory technical support when needed. Optimize and validate equipment configurations (size, voltage, options) by reviewing plans and specifications, reconcile job costs, and support Designers/Consultants as back-office support to Sales Engineers.

Key Responsibilities

•Draft quotations and commercial offers on time and communicate them to the Sales Engineer.
•Use AL-KO software to select units, build offers, and consult factory technical support when needed.
•Optimize/validate HVAC equipment selections and configurations (size, voltage, options) using plans, specifications, estimates, and proposals.
•Evaluate potential cost savings or cost problems across projects and reconcile job costs.
•Prepare equipment for order entry, verify pricing, revise coordination worksheets, and support Designers/Consultants and Sales Engineers as back-office support.

Key Requirements

•Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction, Engineering Technology, or related fields.
•Minimum 4 years of experience in technical sales support for air handling units with proven AHU product knowledge.
•Team player.
•Customer orientation and good communication skills.
•English language skills.
