Job Summary

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and submit accurate and timely annual Zakat returns, in accordance with the latest ZATCA guidelines and updates
•Ensure proper calculation and review of monthly VAT and Withholding Tax (WHT) returns
•Coordinate, Prepare and Respond to ZATCA audits and assessments, including Zakat, VAT, and WHT inquiries
•Coordinate and compile documentation for Local Content audits, and actively communicate with relevant authorities, external auditors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and compliance
•Handle Transfer Pricing requirements and ensure timely submission of related documentation in accordance with ZATCA regulations
•Collaborate with internal, group holding and subsidiaries teams to ensure accurate GL accounting and reflect tax impacts on the financial statements
•Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring proper tax provisioning and reconciliations
•Provide management with timely and accurate tax-related reports
•Ensure ongoing compliance with tax regulations and company policies
•Stay updated on changes in tax laws, IFRS, IAS, and their application within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; professional qualification i.e. ACCA/ACA/CA/CPA is a plus
•In-depth knowledge of KSA tax regulations, including Zakat, VAT, WHT and TP is a must
•Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting and taxation, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry
•Familiarity with IFRS and IAS standards
•Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
•Proficient in both English and Arabic
