Key Responsibilities

  • •Support transaction teams in origination, structuring, and execution, including preparation of marketing and transaction materials.
  • •Prepare credit applications and associated analysis, managing data input to internal systems such as GBR.
  • •Assist with transaction grading using PD/LGD and/or C&I models as applicable.
  • •Undertake financial analysis and support due diligence and documentation workflows, including reviewing and organizing information received from stakeholders.
  • •Perform transaction administration tasks including KYC processes, signing log preparation and circulation, and maintenance of transaction records.

Key Requirements
