Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver technician progression curriculum and build modular training content for skills validation and certification.
  • •Provide safety training and ensure technician compliance with Moove safety policies and procedures.
  • •Support deployment and training for standardized SOP and repair-execution platforms, driving adoption of digital workflows and performance data.
  • •Deliver hands-on instruction for advanced vehicle sensing/compute systems, calibration, and high-voltage safety, including battery and isolation-fault response protocols.
  • •Audit repair quality and documentation, ensure standardized diagnostic logic before escalation, and coach technicians including onboarding ramp support.
