Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop robust electrical and electromechanical concepts and specifications for residential breakers (e.g., contact systems, magnetic actuators, current paths).
  • •Engineer on assembly/device level for residential breakers and DIN-rail components.
  • •Perform validation and measurements on electrotechnical breakers and sub-assemblies.
  • •Prepare eBOMs, checklists, and technical documentation; maintain conformity to standards.
  • •Develop, prepare, order, and test samples and prototypes; support effort planning and manage document release/change/deletion and production releases.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or related engineering discipline.
  • •Relevant practical experience in electrical design, product engineering, or development of electromechanical products.
  • •Experience in circuit breakers and development of similar products, including knowledge of type-testing, regulations, and product compliance.
  • •CAD knowledge (e.g., Creo Modeling or similar).
  • •Data management knowledge (Model Manager or similar PDM system, SAP or similar ERP system) and basic understanding of mechanical/electromechanical production processes.
