Key Responsibilities

•Design immersive XR experiences representing real-world industrial environments, equipment, and workflows.
•Create, adapt, and optimize 3D assets and spatial layouts for real-time execution in Unity, Unreal, and Omniverse-based pipelines.
•Design spatial UI, interaction flows, and navigation tailored for enterprise and first-time XR users.
•Ensure visual accuracy, correct scale, ergonomics, and motion comfort across XR devices.
•Collaborate with engineers and domain experts to validate industrial accuracy and usability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Design, 3D Animation, Industrial Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
•2–3 years of experience in 3D, XR, or real-time immersive design, with industrial or enterprise delivery exposure preferred.
•Experience with platforms such as Unity Engine, Unreal Engine, and NVIDIA Omniverse for XR solutions.
•Proficiency in industry-standard 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Substance).
•Strong collaboration with engineers and domain experts to ensure industrial accuracy and usability.
