Lead one or more project workstreams for healthcare clients, using consulting approaches and methodologies to deliver innovative solutions to business challenges. Collaborate with clients while managing junior Huron staff, executing project workplans, escalating risks and barriers, and coordinating client communication. Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to identify gaps and risks, summarize findings, and develop conclusions, while presenting key takeaways and project updates.
