Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop project plans to address overlay challenges for N, N+1, and N+2 nodes.
  • •Work with vendor application teams to identify overlay scribe improvement opportunities.
  • •Drive technical innovation as a recognized expert; standardize methods and procedures across area/department/FABs.
  • •Define and lead sophisticated, multi-disciplinary projects for Micron’s photolithography roadmap and craft strategic decisions.
  • •Provide technical reporting and counsel to senior management; collaborate with process development engineers on photolithography issues and projects.
