Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with financial due diligence engagements from start to finish across planning, execution, and completion phases.
  • •Work on a variety of M&A transactions across industries and help analyze financial information and large datasets.
  • •Manage data flow and monitor the dataroom during engagements.
  • •Build analysis packages (e.g., Excel models) and develop custom analyses with guidance from Managers and Directors.
  • •Support deal process execution by communicating with key parties and helping manage internal and external deadlines.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
  • •Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
  • •Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.
  • •Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
