  • •Collaborate with the Operation Supervisor to lead up to 50 hourly associates.
  • •Use warehouse tools (RF guns and computer kiosks) to update transactions in WMS and log activities in the Labor Management module.
  • •Serve as a role model for following SOPs and help maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
  • •Train, coach, mentor, and develop associates to achieve operational goals and service levels.
  • •Participate in Lean Six Sigma activities and drive shift performance improvements by monitoring workflows and managing dwells.

Key Requirements
