Key Responsibilities

  • •Support DS property management within the Countermeasures Directorate (C), Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Security Technology Operations.
  • •Provide direct support to overseas logistic positions and logisticians using ILMS, S-ILMS, Mobile Asset advantage, and CMMS/IBM Maximo.
  • •Draft SOPs, contract file documents, memorandums, and weekly logistics reports covering procurement handling, programing, and inventory/accountability of DS equipment.
  • •Assist with annual inventory reconciliation across geographic regions using ILMS, S-ILMS, Mobile Asset advantage, and CMMS/IBM Maximo.
  • •Maintain thorough knowledge of DS property items and what field offices use and install.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum an Associate degree in Business or related area, or CPPA certification; plus 3 years’ experience in logistics management.
  • •Basic understanding of relevant Foreign Affairs Manual and Foreign Affairs Handbook (FAM/FAH) regulations for property management.
  • •Minimum an active Secret clearance.
  • •Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Ability to work independently and maintain professional working relationships with diverse government and Prime Contractor staff.
