Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead SC&Q teams in Northeast Asia, including Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Configuration Management (CM), Master Data Management (MDM), transfer/M2B, supplier audits, quality & logistics means & methods, and cost engineering and CoG programs.
  • •Ensure supplier readiness across the product lifecycle from NPI through HVM, Installed Base & Sustaining (IB&S), and End of Life (EOL), including BOM, technical documentation, configuration baselines, and supplier readiness.
  • •Lead supplier transfer and factory transfer to supplier projects, driving supplier phase out/phase in plans with milestone-based governance, risk tracking, and project management.
  • •Deploy standardized processes and performance dashboards, driving continuous improvement and roll-out of worldwide best-known methods to improve operations efficiency year over year.
  • •Drive CoG reduction and cost engineering initiatives in collaboration with cluster leads to achieve Cost of Goods targets agreed with business lines.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years in sourcing, supply chain, or manufacturing within global matrix organizations.
  • •10+ years leading at least two functions including product lifecycle management, configuration management, master data management, supply chain industrialization, supplier quality, and/or supplier account management.
  • •Leadership of multi-site, multi-functional teams and a track record of being a leader of leaders.
  • •Solid stakeholder management and communication across operational and executive levels.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
