Manage bid packages, contract administration, budgets, and installation monitoring, and provide people leadership through coaching and development.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop engineering designs, material specifications, cost estimates, feasibility studies, and economic analyses; ensure designs meet standards/codes and create as-built drawings.
•Manage project execution by coordinating schedules with plant personnel, vendors, and contractors; collaborate with management and engineering teams to implement plans.
•Partner with vendors and contractors on layouts and utility requirements; review consultant work, maintain documentation (manuals, drawings, specs), and manage vendor contacts.
•Conduct pre-project planning and reviews, define scope of work, prepare/evaluate proposals, and submit regular status reports; manage contract administration, bid package reviews, and installation monitoring against specifications and budgets.
•Provide people management through employee development and coaching to drive a positive employee experience.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or related field) plus 5+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•2+ years of leadership experience, including team development and management.

•Knowledge of installation and construction project scheduling.
•Project management and contract administration skills, with national codes and standards interpretation; proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
