Perform paintless dent repair on steel and aluminum vehicle panels using advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair methods, and techniques for creases and larger dents. Work in Carvana’s high-tech Inspection Centers supporting vehicle reconditioning and delivery. Follow safety procedures and meet production needs on a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with possible mandatory overtime based on business demand.

Key Responsibilities

•Use advanced paintless dent repair techniques to repair dents, hail damage, creases, body lines, and larger dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
•Operate vehicle equipment and tools to complete reconditioning work in Carvana Inspection Centers.
•Maintain production pace in a fast-moving environment and follow the required work schedule (Mon–Fri 6:00am–3:00pm) with possible mandatory overtime.
•Apply appropriate safety practices and use protective equipment as required.
•Support Carvana’s goal of delivering vehicles in first-rate condition by completing repairs before delivery to customers.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional automotive PDR experience.
•Experience using advanced PDR techniques including glue-pulling, hail repair, and repairing creases/body lines and larger-sized dents.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; lift up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment with occasional exposure to extreme weather and using required safety equipment.
