Key Responsibilities

  • •Test and commission Nextpower tracker installations.
  • •Provide tracker controller expertise and support controller commissioning and ongoing maintenance.
  • •Deliver technical support to customers and provide product/system expertise to maximize installation performance.
  • •Manage controller commissioning and customer acceptance to support warranty activation.
  • •Partner with the Technical Services team for field repairs, document technical issues, and communicate customer needs to relevant teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in power generation and commissioning.
  • •5+ years of related experience.
  • •Strong understanding of technical and customer support for utility-scale and distributed generation projects.
  • •Extensive experience troubleshooting power-generation systems and working with various control systems.
  • •OSHA 10 certification; excellent customer service plus verbal and written communication skills.
