Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, process, and request manufacturing information using computer-generated data reports; schedule and release production orders within assigned areas.
  • •Assist in control of materials and expedite shortages, including maintaining material synchronization and providing latest promise dates.
  • •Perform daily COGI reconciliation and work order processing, including scrap ticket, ship short, and deviation processes.
  • •Identify issues with production orders (e.g., control keys, routing, BOM, cost) and resolve them daily; validate engineering changes and modify orders as needed.
  • •Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory for designated value streams; communicate with production, material, supply chain, quality, engineering, and conduct multi-functional production meetings.

Key Requirements
