Job Summary

Support Sales throughout the sales cycle by helping with prospect research, preliminary call activities, RFPs, presentations, prospect visit management, and contract coordination. Assist in developing partnership/prospect proposals and sales collateral, manage sales documentation and deliverables for accuracy and availability, and provide prospect updates to senior management. Learn sales support tools, methodologies, and payment-industry knowledge while partnering with the Sales Support organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with Sales on activities such as proposals, sales collateral, research, meeting preparation, and follow-up.
•Support key phases of the sales cycle, including prospect research, preliminary calls, RFPs, presentations, and prospect meetings/visits.
•Serve as a liaison to help develop combined sales strategy with other departments/companies and vendors for individual prospects.
•Manage sales documentation and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and availability.
•Provide updates/reports of prospects to senior management while learning sales support tools and processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree.
•Typically no relevant experience required.
•Preferred: typically at least 2 years of relevant experience.
•Previous experience in the payments industry.
•Effective listening and communication to be a reliable strategic partner to Sales.
