Job Summary

VIP Relationship Manager for Taiwan building and maintaining high-value crypto clients, deeply understanding OKX product lines, and delivering tailored solutions to drive trading volume, assets and revenue. Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•通过多渠道（线下拜访、行业会议、社群、转介绍等）挖掘并开发潜在高价值客户，建立并维护客户线索池和跟进节奏。
•建立并维护稳固的客户关系，定期Review，了解用户交易需求、资金规模与产品需求；对客户的资产规模、交易量、收益贡献等关键指标负责，按月度/季度完成业绩目标。
•深入理解各主流交易平台的产品条线，能够为客户提供对比分析和专业建议；收集客户需求与痛点，协同产品、运营等团队，提供定制化解决方案。
•持续跟进行业动态、竞品策略和新产品形态，快速掌握新知识，形成对客户有价值的观点与建议；定期输出客户/市场反馈与竞品情报。
•Role Overview 及 KPI 驱动的工作，承担高强度出差/拜访，具备自驱力在不确定环境中推动落地。

Key Requirements

•至少 2 年及以上 web3 行业工作经验，对主流交易所、钱包、托管、DeFi 等产品有实际使用或服务经验。
•能够快速识别与筛选目标客户，具备优秀的沟通谈判技巧与关系维护能力，有高潜力客户的客户关系管理经验，金融背景优先。
•明确的 KPI 与结果导向，习惯用数据衡量业绩。
•能接受高强度工作节奏与频繁出差/拜访。
•能够中英文双语工作（听说读写）；本科及以上学历，金融、经济、会计、数学、统计、计算机等相关专业优先。
