Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end reset of key 3rd party active partnerships, including sourcing model redesign and make-vs-buy-vs-partner evaluation.
•Develop and execute global category and sourcing strategies for third-party actives across new introductions, cost improvement, and strategic alliances.
•Own should-cost modeling and total cost of ownership analyses to deliver competitive positions vs. external benchmarks and drive multi-year cost reduction roadmaps.
•Manage supplier and partnership performance across cost, quality, reliability, and innovation, including complex relationships where suppliers may be competitors.
•Mitigate supply and regulatory risks by reducing single-source dependencies, building dual sourcing and contingency strategies, and aligning with technical and manufacturing teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
•10+ years of business experience in regulated environments across procurement, business development, marketing, and/or regulatory roles.
•Proven track record negotiating large, complex supply agreements and executing effective procurement strategies.
•Strong category and strategic sourcing capability, including leading sourcing strategy and methodology-driven category plans.
•Experience in crop protection or agricultural products is highly preferred, with demonstrated influence and conflict resolution skills.
