Key Responsibilities

•Workspace Management: Ensure Singapore facilities and offices are well-maintained, safe, clean, and welcoming by partnering with building management and in-house IT.
•Project Management: Support office expansions, new space requirements, working with building management, and cross-functional teams to outfit new offices in line with Airwallex’s workplace vibe.
•Community Engagement: Build, drive, and execute a calendar of social, wellbeing, educational, and CSR events for teams, actively leading the Singapore social committee, business leaders, and internal champions.
•Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with cleaning staff, building management, neighboring tenants, and other vendors to ensure seamless office operations.
•Budget & Invoice Management: Manage office-related budgets for snacks, drinks, events, and space; collaborate with Finance on invoice processing and resource allocation.

Key Requirements
