Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute product sustaining strategies to meet quality and cost targets during high-volume manufacturing.
  • •Develop and drive systemic reduction of Statistical Bin Limit (SBL) triggers in HVM.
  • •Perform risk assessments, set quality and reliability goals, and enable decisions impacting quality and reliability.
  • •Ensure class and burn-in coverage meets requirements and interface with foundry, OSAT, and development partners to deliver quality/reliability outcomes.
  • •Analyze customer returns and early feedback, monitor post-silicon quality results, and drive continuous improvements through learning into future designs and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or Microelectronics
  • •5+ years in product development and qualification of new semiconductor products
  • •Test and reliability knowledge in product qualification (advantage)
  • •Strong testing and failure analysis background
  • •Customer issue investigation experience and risk assessment capability
