Job Summary

Lead and own the DACH performance creative strategy within a global brand framework, translating positioning pillars into performance-driven creative angles across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. Act as the central creative voice for DACH, drive brand and product collaboration, manage governance of creative assets, and optimize campaigns with data-driven decisions to maximize growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the DACH Performance Creative Strategy within a global brand framework and translate positioning pillars into performance-native creative angles across channels.
•Act as the central creative voice for DACH in conversations with the global creative team, shaping brand and product market launches.
•Manage the DACH Creative Testing Hierarchy and develop an iterative approach to optimize new creatives versus iterations (80/20) aligned to performance and seasonality.
•Analyze performance metrics (hook rate, CPM, CTR, CAC, conversions) and translate insights into clear creative priorities per sprint.
•Collaborate closely with Creator, Affiliate and Offline channel managers and leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, iteration and scalable workflows.

•5+ years in Performance Creative Strategy, Creative Planning, or Paid Media Content Strategy; proven governance in GTM setups and strategic decision rounds

•native German language proficiency; strong ability to translate data into creative decisions and brief local partners precisely
•strong governance and stakeholder-management skills; experience working with Brand, Product Marketing and external partners
