Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and steer the end-to-end On-Demand P&L across revenue and cost levers, including scenario modeling and executing cost-reduction initiatives.
  • •Architect and optimize scalable Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows to ensure timely, error-free partner invoicing and zero-debt targets with Financial Systems and GBS teams.
  • •Partner with Product and Engineering to build On-Demand fintech features and identify opportunities to automate financial workflows using AI and modern tooling.
  • •Collaborate with commercial teams on dynamic pricing strategies, commercial guidelines, and support complex contract negotiations.
  • •Act as day-to-day manager and coach for 2 Finance Analysts, driving execution, setting performance goals, and supporting development.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in Strategic Finance, Financial Operations, Commercial Finance, Strategy Consulting (e.g., MBB), or CFO-track roles in fast-paced tech or marketplace environments.
  • •Proven track record owning P&L economics and unit economics, driving structured cost-reduction and/or growth strategies.
  • •Experience structuring complex, ambiguous problems and delivering data-driven, hypothesis-led solutions.
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken) and strong stakeholder management across cross-functional leadership (Commercial, Ops, Product, GBS).
  • •Strong practical familiarity with Order-to-Cash (O2C), invoicing systems, and finance operational processes, plus SQL fluency (or strong desire to build hands-on querying skills).
