•Lead and manage medium to large programs or defined parts of larger programs in support of the Program Manager.
•Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for regional program delivery.
•Advocate for ethical and safe working practices and promote innovation in program management approaches.
•Identify and mitigate high-risk areas to positively impact program outcomes.
•Manage overall financial success and delivery of AECOM Program Management agreements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS plus 10 years of relevant experience (or equivalent), including 2 years of leadership.
•15+ years of experience directly managing GEC/PMC projects with TxDOT and other agencies.
•Experience leading and administering GEC/PMC contracts for agencies like TxDOT.
•Serve as primary point of contact with TxDOT and other clients, supporting scoping, regulatory requirements, and long-term relationships.
•Must have current TxDOT precertification in relevant work categories through the firm’s administrative qualification with TxDOT’s PEPS division.
