Job Summary

Lead international air defense deployments for the Air Defense team, delivering mission-critical capabilities in the South Pacific. You’ll orchestrate deployment planning and execution across site surveys, testing, installation, training, and sustainment—while operating independently in an OCONUS environment. Serve as a subject matter expert for customer mission needs and communicate CONOPS and user feedback to Anduril engineers to continuously improve the Air Defense Family of Systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver Air Defense capabilities in your area of responsibility (AO) and serve as a subject matter expert and critical partner to the customer.
•Plan and execute hundreds of deployment events per year, leading cross-functional efforts from site survey through testing, pack-out, installation, training, and sustainment.
•Operate independently in a high-stakes OCONUS environment by building trust with customers, partners, users, and internal teams through proactive communication and follow-through.
•Develop deep mission expertise, including threat environment, regulatory challenges, resource constraints, and rules of engagement, and translate requirements to Anduril engineers.
•Build product expertise on the capabilities and limitations of Anduril’s Air Defense Family of Systems to forecast performance across threat profiles and operating conditions.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Advanced STEM degree or 4+ years of technical work experience, preferably in defense, national security, or aerospace.
•Highly organized problem-solver with proven project management skills.
•Proven experience leading tech-enabled teams of peers and building influence through relationships.
•Deep interest in national security issues and defense technologies with a commitment to lifelong learning.
•Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance; willing to travel up to 50% (Asia-Pacific ~35%).
