•Lead a unified, multi-disciplinary engineering organization focused on operational excellence and a culture of high accountability.
•Partner with product leadership to align technical capacity with product priorities and establish a reliable, repeatable release cadence.
•Direct enterprise initiatives including systematic modernization of legacy systems and integrating AI-assisted tools into daily workflows.
•Improve delivery predictability by driving sprint and release commitment success, codebase refactoring plans, and engineering metrics.
•Transition QA from manual testing to an AI-augmented automated framework and reduce post-release defect escapes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 260,000 - 275,000 annually

•Experience partnering with executives to translate technical strategy into business outcomes and align investments to growth objectives.
•Hands-on experience driving adoption of AI-assisted development tooling and measurable productivity gains across engineering and QA.
•Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated QA frameworks, and engineering metrics programs to improve delivery predictability and quality.
