•Collaborate with global product teams to balance global standards with local market requirements.
•Monitor competitive products and industry trends to identify action steps for Mastercard’s consumer credit offerings.
•Create presentations and collateral to showcase product opportunities and drive adoption among issuers and merchants.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience developing and launching new products targeting the premium/affluent market.
•Knowledge of Mastercard credit products and services.
•Ability to oversee multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
•Negotiating skills and cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing and product teams.
