Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater conveyance infrastructure projects.
  • •Oversee engineering calculations, technical reports, drawings, specifications, and construction cost estimates.
  • •Guide multidisciplinary teams across structural, geotechnical, environmental, mechanical, and electrical disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
  • •Support construction through technical reviews, site visits, contractor coordination, and field services.
  • •Mentor and develop engineers and designers, and help drive project outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and resource planning while strengthening client relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation and registration with Professional Engineers Ontario.
  • •10+ years of experience delivering municipal water, wastewater, or stormwater infrastructure projects.
  • •Strong expertise in the planning, design, and delivery of watermains, pipelines, trunk sewers, forcemains, pump stations, and related conveyance infrastructure.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and delivering complex infrastructure programs.
