Job Summary

Lead complex municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater conveyance projects across Ontario, providing technical leadership through planning, design, and delivery. Oversee engineering calculations, reports, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams spanning structural, geotechnical, environmental, mechanical, and electrical disciplines. Support construction with technical reviews and site visits, mentor engineers and designers, and help drive project outcomes and client-focused business growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater conveyance infrastructure projects.
•Oversee engineering calculations, technical reports, drawings, specifications, and construction cost estimates.
•Guide multidisciplinary teams across structural, geotechnical, environmental, mechanical, and electrical disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
•Support construction through technical reviews, site visits, contractor coordination, and field services.
•Mentor and develop engineers and designers, and help drive project outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and resource planning while strengthening client relationships.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
•Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation and registration with Professional Engineers Ontario.
•10+ years of experience delivering municipal water, wastewater, or stormwater infrastructure projects.
•Strong expertise in the planning, design, and delivery of watermains, pipelines, trunk sewers, forcemains, pump stations, and related conveyance infrastructure.
•Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and delivering complex infrastructure programs.
