Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and drive execution against integrated master schedules, requirements documentation, capability briefs, and other core program artifacts.
  • •Translate technical capabilities and implementation progress into concise, decision-oriented briefs for customers, partners, and senior leaders.
  • •Synthesize concrete technical goals from product vision, mapping global strategy to granular team tasks and issues; triage field requests and escalate items needing immediate attention.
  • •Keep a broad and complete state of all project-related activity, pre-empt and resolve issues that may steer projects off-course.
  • •Enhance cross-team collaboration and navigate complex, multi-party program dynamics to strengthen the position and increase impact with the customer.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably supporting complex government, defense, aerospace, or national security programs.
  • •Active Secret clearance at minimum; TS/SCI strongly preferred.
  • •Demonstrated success managing complex software development projects for an enterprise software company or startup.
  • •Ability to engage in technical discussion and learn technical concepts.
  • •Ability to travel up to 75% based on program and customer needs.
