Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and evolve the agent runtime (harness/agent loop) that powers creator/seller agents, orchestrating skills, tools, and context.
  • •Engineer agentic memory and long multi-turn context via structured note-taking, context compaction/summarization, context editing/observation masking, and just-in-time retrieval.
  • •Post-train and fine-tune LLMs (SFT/DPO/RL) and build a data flywheel converting served conversations into training/eval/retrieval signals.
  • •Design and integrate tools, Skills, and MCP connectors (tools-as-APIs), including skill/tool search for large tool inventories.
  • •Build evaluation and the self-evolving loop, using LLM-as-judge with calibration and replay/simulation with auto-generation (Auto-RCA/Auto-GSB/Auto-Policy), then ship a high-leverage end-to-end surface to production.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing an undergraduate or Master's degree in software development, computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Strong Python plus one of C++ / Go / Rust / Java.
  • •Solid ML/DL/NLP fundamentals with hands-on experience building with LLMs or agent systems.
  • •Able to read a paper or engineering blog and turn it into working code.
  • •(Preferred) Have built an agent runtime (agent loop/harness, memory/context system, RAG or tool-use agent, or post-trained model) rather than only calling APIs.
