Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect production processes and finished units for compliance with engineering drawings, customer specifications, and Quality Travelers.
  • •Execute inspections per Quality Travelers, verify required hold points/signoffs, and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • •Perform accept/reject inspections, identify and communicate nonconformances to production teams, and process nonconforming material through the DMR system.
  • •Initiate containment/hold or stop-work actions when nonconformance or risk is identified, and support cross-functional review and resolution.
  • •Support corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods (8D, 5-Why, A3) and record inspection results for daily/weekly reporting, KPIs, and trend analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Experience in Level 2 electrical integration or equivalent electrical manufacturing experience (2 years).
  • •Experience performing quality inspections in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Electrical certificate or formal electrical training from an accredited institution.
  • •Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation.
