Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Build client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and support daily store operations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Meet personal and store KPIs while completing inventory, merchandising, and transaction tasks.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador while following style and service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships using personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and support repeat purchases.
•Complete daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing/replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, peak periods, and public holidays).
