Head of Strategic Enablement and Execution

Assist the Head of Strategy with end-to-end strategic planning for the bank, translating evolving priorities into clear objectives and measurable delivery. Partner with cross-functional teams across business, risk management, and Finance to ensure tactical and strategic decisions align to the Executive team and Board’s 5-year strategy. Own strategic agenda milestones and KPIs, support annual corporate planning, facilitate workshops, and prepare materials for ExCom and Board consumption.
