Job Summary

Support the PALMs application used for Treasury forecasting reporting within the BSM Finance Engineering & Data team. Monitor system failures, review overnight batch runs, and help implement fixes before US office hours. Analyze data quality checks to improve integrity and system response, work with the platform team and development stakeholders, and drive automation and emerging technology solutions to reduce cycle time and strengthen controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Track and identify failures in the Palms system to ensure the platform functions properly.
•Review overnight Palms batch runs and implement solutions for failures before US office hours begin.
•Analyze data quality checks to maintain integrity and improve system response when failures occur.
•Collaborate with the platform team to address issues and communicate with concerned development teams.
•Drive continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities for automation and emerging technology to reduce cycle time and increase controls.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience, including 2–3 years in a relevant role in a financial institution.
•Strong experience with SQL and understanding of data integration and visualization.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality and system integrity.
•Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting results and escalating issues clearly.
•MCA education and the ability to proactively stay organized and support cross-time-zone meetings.
