Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspire and help customers become the best version of themselves through beauty product guidance
  • •Work across departments including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness
  • •Stay engaged with new products and iconic brands and learn the latest beauty trends and techniques
  • •Help customers discover features and benefits of the Sephora loyalty program
  • •Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions

Key Requirements

  • •Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
