Key Responsibilities

•Drive Execution Quality: Oversee delivery across mixed-shore teams, maintaining high standards for sequencing and momentum; proactively identify and mitigate risks before blockers
•Partner on Roadmap Strategy: Collaborate with Product to pressure-test priorities and surface dependencies; ensure customer signals are reflected in a plan for AI-augmented development
•Apply Adaptive Methodologies: Act as a hybrid practitioner across Agile, Kanban, and Six Sigma; select and adapt the right framework for team needs
•Lead Decision-Driven Reviews: Orchestrate program reviews with cross-functional leadership, providing metrics and recommendations to move projects forward
•Continuous Process Evolution: Partner with engineering leadership to refine team planning and iteration workflows for AI-augmented development

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 207,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of technical project/program management experience within a software engineering environment
•Undergraduate degree in a technical/STEM field or equivalent professional experience
•PMP or equivalent project management certification
•Active, hands-on experience using AI-augmented development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, LLM-based workflows)
•Ability to engage substantively in technical discussions and push back on engineering estimates or architectures where necessary
