Key Responsibilities

•Partner directly with the founders on company strategy and long-range planning, leading company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
•Develop frameworks for evaluating investments across product, infrastructure, growth, and enterprise, and help drive key decisions around pricing, monetization, and expansion.
•Lead future financing activities across venture capital, growth equity, strategic capital, and debt, building relationships with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
•Partner closely with the founders on board management and investor communications, and help prepare the company for eventual public market readiness.
•Own forecasting, KPI management, and operating reviews across the company, partnering with Product and Engineering on infrastructure investment decisions.
