Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner directly with the founders on company strategy and long-range planning, leading company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • •Develop frameworks for evaluating investments across product, infrastructure, growth, and enterprise, and help drive key decisions around pricing, monetization, and expansion.
  • •Lead future financing activities across venture capital, growth equity, strategic capital, and debt, building relationships with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
  • •Partner closely with the founders on board management and investor communications, and help prepare the company for eventual public market readiness.
  • •Own forecasting, KPI management, and operating reviews across the company, partnering with Product and Engineering on infrastructure investment decisions.
