•Lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment, ensuring a smooth and timely implementation experience
•Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute implementation plans and solve customer problems quickly
•Learn and analyze client accounting and finance workflows, then translate those needs into clear requirements and practical solutions
•Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoption
•Support data migration, reconciliations, systems setup, and integration coordination

•Systems-minded and eager to learn implementation work, even without an implementation title
•Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
