Job Summary

Lead EDI development and integration work in IBM Sterling Integrator, including building and maintaining Sterling map logic for formats like positional, IDoc, XML, X12, EDIFACT, and CSV. Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain EDI maps and business processes in IBM Sterling Integrator for inbound and outbound integrations.
•Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and resolution of EDI functional and technical issues, including BP failure analysis and map testing.
•Set up trading partner envelopes and test end to end with customers/trading partners and backend systems.
•Configure secure communications using digital certificates and protocol selection (FTP, SFTP, AS2, HTTP/HTTPS, VAN, OFTP, SMTP).
•Handle the complete lifecycle of EDI projects in an Agile environment using ServiceNow; apply agentic and generic AI knowledge.

Key Requirements

•At least 7 to 8 years of working experience in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
•Strong EDI map development experience using Sterling Integrator map editor for Positional, IDoc, XML, EDI X12, EDIFACT, and CSV formats.
•Experience developing business processes in Sterling Integrator.
•Strong functional knowledge of EDI ANSI standards (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 810, 830) and EDIFACT standards (e.g., ORDERS, INVOIC, DESADV, ORDRSP).
•Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving EDI functional and technical issues, including support task BP failure analysis and map testing.
