Review and analyze retail credit applications across personal loans, mortgages, car loans, and credit cards. Assess applicants’ creditworthiness using financial statements, credit reports, and repayment history, ensuring decisions follow bank policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks. Approve, decline, or recommend cases within delegated authority limits, document decisions, prepare credit assessment and portfolio trend reports, and communicate outcomes clearly to stakeholders. Coordinate with sales and operations to clarify documentation and address customer inquiries.
